Training Policy

Enrolment in any G21 Aesthetics Academy course or training program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment, unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

G21 Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to update course fees at any time. Confirmed enrolments will not be subject to fee increases after payment is received.

All training payments are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed, except where required by applicable law.

If a student wishes to withdraw from a course, they must notify G21 Aesthetics Academy in writing at [email protected]. Withdrawal does not entitle the student to a refund of any fees paid.

Once online course access, manuals, study materials, or other digital educational content has been provided, those materials are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Requests to reschedule a group course or workshop must be submitted in writing a minimum of 30 days before the scheduled course date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. G21 Aesthetics Academy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests received within the required notice period.

Rescheduling requests received less than 14 days before the scheduled course date will not be accommodated, and the full course fee will be forfeited.

All 1-on-1 private training dates are reserved exclusively for the registered student.

All payments for private training are non-refundable.

If a student needs to reschedule, a minimum of 4 weeks (28 days) written notice before the scheduled training date is required.

With at least 4 weeks' notice, the training may be rescheduled to another available date.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 4 weeks before the scheduled training date are not eligible for a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling.

Failure to attend the scheduled training is considered a no-show, and the full training payment will be forfeited.

G21 Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a cancellation initiated by G21 Aesthetics Academy, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative available date.

G21 Aesthetics Academy is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by students in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled course.

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout all training programs.

G21 Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to remove a student from a course without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Attendance at all scheduled sessions is the student's responsibility. G21 Aesthetics Academy is not obligated to provide make-up sessions for missed content.

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of all required course components, including any assessments or practical evaluations.

G21 Aesthetics Academy certificates are issued by the Academy and are not government-regulated credentials unless otherwise specified.
