G21 Aesthetics Academy ("G21", "we", "us", or "our") is a professional aesthetics training academy and treatment clinic located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We offer advanced aesthetics education, professional training programs, and aesthetic treatment services.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation.

All aesthetic treatments and services are provided subject to a prior consultation to assess suitability. G21 reserves the right to decline or discontinue any treatment where, in our professional judgment, it is not appropriate for a client.

Results from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals. G21 does not guarantee specific outcomes. Before and after images shown on our website are illustrative and individual results may differ.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, medications, and contraindications prior to treatment. G21 is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical information.

Enrolment in G21 training programs is subject to eligibility requirements and availability. Course fees, schedules, and curriculum are subject to change. G21 will provide reasonable notice of material changes to enrolled students.

Certificates and credentials issued by G21 Aesthetics Academy are proprietary to G21. Completion of a G21 course does not automatically confer licensing or regulatory approval in any jurisdiction; students are responsible for understanding and meeting all applicable licensing requirements in their province or territory.

Course materials, videos, and resources provided to students are for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission from G21.

Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, may result in a cancellation fee. Specific fee amounts will be communicated at the time of booking.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes (HST) are additional where required by law.

Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise specified at the time of booking or enrolment. G21 accepts payment by the methods indicated on our booking platform.

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, course materials, and design — is the property of G21 Aesthetics Academy or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. G21 does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
