General Return Policy

At G21 Aesthetics Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality professional education and a transparent enrollment experience. Please review the following policy carefully before registering for any training program.

All training programs, including in-person courses, live online classes, and digital educational content, require full or partial payment at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Due to limited class sizes and preparation involved, all enrollments are subject to the terms below.

• Online training, live virtual classes, and digital educational materials are non-refundable once access has been granted or the class has commenced.
• In-person training programs are non-refundable once the course start date has passed.
• Registration fees, deposits, and tuition payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
   

• Requests to reschedule or transfer to a future training date may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing.
• Any approved transfer may be subject to an administrative fee.
• Transfers are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
   

In the unlikely event that G21 Aesthetics Academy must cancel or reschedule a training program:

• Students will be offered the option to transfer to a future session or receive a credit toward another training program.
• Refunds are issued only if a suitable alternative cannot be provided.
   

Failure to attend a scheduled training session, whether in-person or online, is considered a forfeiture of enrollment and does not qualify for a refund or credit.

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of training requirements. Refunds are not issued based on certification outcomes or individual learning progress.

All training programs are offered for educational and professional development purposes only. Enrollment does not guarantee certification, employment, income, or authorization to practice regulated procedures.
